Thank you for your interest in sponsoring our basketball program. With your help, we will be able to keep registration fees affordable for children in our community, while maintaining the quality of our basketball program. You can make a difference.

In return, we offer your company many promotional opportunities with families that participate in our program. We make our basketball families aware of your generosity and they are more than happy to support you as a business that is truly part of our community.

Background

The LTRC basketball program is one of the strongest youth-sport recreation programs in the Lutherville-Timonium community. Every year over 900 boys and girls ages 6 through 16 enjoy participating in our program.

Basketball Season

Registration for the basketball season starts on September 1st and the season typically ends at the end of February or beginning of March.  From August through March our website receives over 20,000 visits from the families involved in the program.

As a sponsor of our basketball program you will be in front of over 500 families in the area.  You will also have the ability to interact with them by providing coupons and/or creating promotional events.

 

Sponsorship Opportunities

 

All-Star Sponsor $250.00

As an All-Star Sponsor:

  • Your company name/logo will be placed on our “Sponsors” page with a link to your website.
  • Your company name/logo will appear on the sidebar of various pages of the website.
  • Your company name will appear on our list of sponsors on Social Media.

Hall of Fame Sponsor $500.00

As a Hall of Fame Sponsor:

  • Your company name/logo will be placed on our “Sponsors” page with a link to your website.
  • Your company name/logo will appear on the sidebar of various pages of the website.
  • Your company name will appear on our list of sponsors on Social Media.
  • You will have the option of having a designated page on our website where you can publish your menu, special news/promotions and even printable coupons (this page can be edited throughout the season) and/or linking the banners on our website directly to your website.

League Sponsor $1,000.00

As a League Sponsor:

  • Your company name/logo will be placed on the back of all shirts in that league. This is an opportunity for your company to be advertised at every game and every place the youngster wears the shirt in the community.
  • You will be featured as one of our sponsor in the home page of the website as well as on the sidebar of other pages on the website.
  • You will be the ONLY sponsor on that league’s page which is where we publish the schedule and all news and events specific to that league.
  • You will have the option of having a designated page on our website where you can publish your menu, special news/promotions and even printable coupons (this page can be edited throughout the season) and/or linking the banners on our website directly to your website.
  • You will be mentioned as the sponsor of the league and can have a table/distribute materials during that league’s playoff games.
  • You will be mentioned as a sponsor in our social media campaigns.
  • We will work with you to find additional promotional opportunities that benefit you as well as the families that participate in our program.

There is only one sponsor per league, but you can choose to sponsor more than one league.

Fast Break Tournament Sponsor $2,500 (solo) $1,500 (shared)

The LTRC Fast Break Tournament takes place every year during the week between Christmas and New Years. The tournament starts the day after Christmas and it lasts 5 days.

During the Fast Break teams from LTRC compete against teams from surrounding areas. Most of the games are played at Ridgley Middle School. At times games may be played in other schools in this area like Carver and Towson High School.

We usually have over 40 teams participating in the tournament with around 10-12 players per team, plus a coach and assistant coach.  Since the tournament is during the Christmas break, it is well attended by the families of the participants. In addition, since there is usually more than one game played per day, families stay and eat in the area.

Planning and promotion of the Fast Break Tournament begins in September on our website and with email marketing as well as advertising and social media campaigns.

As the main sponsor of the Fast Break Tournament:

  • Your company name/logo will be placed on the back of the t-shirts that are distributed to every player.
  • Your company name/logo on the Fast Break Tournament banner at the gym.
  • You will have a table set-up in the gym and you will be able to distribute promotional materials i.e. coupons.
  • Your name/logo/website link on our website as the sponsor of the Fast Break Tournament.
  • Your name/logo/website link on all the e-mails inviting teams to participate in the tournament.
  • Your name/logo/website link on any and all advertising and social media campaigns.
  • Acknowledgment of your company’s sponsorship throughout the tournament.
  • Your name/logo/website link on the Thank You page at the end of the tournament that will include pictures taken during the tournament.

 

Cost for Sponsoring the Fast Break Tournament

We offer two levels of sponsorship for the Fast Break Tournament

Main/Solo Sponsorship

The Cost for being the only sponsor of the Fast Break Tournament is $2,500.00

Shared Sponsorship (2 Sponsors)

The cost for sharing the sponsorship of the Fast Break Tournament with another business is $1,500.00 each.
